International Research Bureau for Contemporary Hope is an artistic collective led by Jeanne Bloch, choreographer and maker artist, bringing together dancers, engineers and light and textile designers.
Dance and choreography are at the heart of our creations as well as the starting point for sustainable innovation projects we develop in partnership with other organizations. This approach is based on Jeanne Bloch’s artistic research which lies at the intersection of dance, technological experimentation and ecological innovation. She develops light embedded stage objects manipulated by dancers as the only light design of her performances.
A way to broadcast a new lifestyle as form of resistance against continuous production injunction “in the shadow” of screens of all sorts and to contribute to one of the nine issues for climate change set by COP21 (eco-efficient lighting). Jeanne Bloch
